I've always worn a size 17 and these are clearly not a 17. Yes, the label says 17 but the shoes are noticeably smaller on the outside and feel a full size too small. Unfortunately, Big Shoes charged me $8 to send me these and then another $8 to send them back. That's $16 out of pocket to try on a pair of shoes that are not a size 17. I talked with customer service at Big Shoes and got nowhere. I talked with Customer Service at Keen and got nowhere. Big Shoes tried to get me to exchange for something else. But Keen doesn't make bigger sizes and what if something else doesn't fit? Then I'd lose another $8 sending those back. If I tried on enough shoes, they'd eventually have all of my money! Doesn't anyone care about quality control or customer service anymore?
Have had a pair for 6 months and love them. Wear a size 14, they are hard to find in stores so when I found a pair online in my size I grabbed them.
