SHIPPING INFORMATION

For expedited shipping, orders received by 12pm CST will be shipped the same day from our facilities in Austin, TX. Please note that we operate on a business day schedule (Monday - Friday). If your item is not available for same day shipment you will be notified via email.

GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION

  • Our delivery times vary depending on which brand you ordered and if we ship direct from our inventory or drop ship.
  • In-stock orders usually ship within 24 hours. Most in-stock items should arrive on your doorstep 2-5 business days after receipt of your order.
  • If the item you ordered is out of stock, your order may be drop shipped from the manufacturer. We will notify you within one business day if your item is no longer available.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Big Shoes accepts orders from most countries. International orders are shipped via Fedex which is typically a 2-8 day service. However, some countries (depending on location) are shipped via USPS Global Express Mail (a 5-10 day service). If you have a preference for which carrier we use, please contact us at help@bigshoes.com with your order # and we will do our best to accommodate your request. The shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process.

 

DUTIES & TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

By completing your purchase, customers agree that they are responsible for any duties, taxes and brokerage fees that may be applied to their shipment upon receipt of the order and that these fees are not included in the shipping charges assessed by Big Shoes. Should a customer choose to refuse payment of duties and taxes and have the shipment returned to Big Shoes, the customer will not be refunded the original shipping charges and will be charged for the return shipping charges to Big Shoes.



NOTE: We strive to provide our customers with the best possible shipping rates and shipping alternatives. However, special circumstances may require that we use carriers other that Fedex or USPS and rates may change without notice.
