For expedited shipping, orders received by 12pm CST will be shipped the same day from our facilities in Austin, TX.  Please note that we operate on a business day schedule (Monday - Friday). If your item is not available for same day shipment you will be notified via email.


  • You may be presented delivery estimates during checkout, these are only an estimate and are not guaranteed delivery dates. The only exception is the Overnight shipping services. If you need any item by a certain date, please call Big Shoes at (800) 475-6008 during the hours of 10am-5pm CST Monday - Friday.
  • In-stock orders usually ship within 24 hours. Most in-stock items should arrive on your doorstep 2-5 business days after receipt of your order.
  • If the item you ordered is out of stock, your order may be drop shipped from the manufacturer. We will notify you within two business days if your item is no longer available.
  • Some brands and products may not always be shipped from our Big Shoes warehouse. These items will state on the product page that the item may not be available for same day shipping. These items and orders are typically delayed by 1-3 business days, this does vary and Big Shoes does not have control over this processing time.


Package Protection offers "peace of mind" protection for your package at an affordable price. This handling fee offers protection for your package in the event that it is lost, damaged, or stolen. Claims are available for replacement only, if your item is no longer available you will be offered store credit to reorder. Store credit value will be the total of your order minus the cost of the package protection fee.  Claims must be made within 10 business days of delivery. Big Shoes accepts orders from most countries. International orders are shipped via UPS which is typically a 2-8 day service. However, some countries (depending on location) are shipped via USPS Global Express Mail (a 5-10 day service). If you have a preference for which carrier we use, please contact us at with your order # and we will do our best to accommodate your request. The shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process.

Some brands do not allow their products to be shipped internationally. When placing an international order that includes any products from those brands you will be unable to select a shipping method. You will be notified within 1 business day if you have placed an order without a shipping method.

Please note, If any of the items you are ordering state they may not be available for same day shipping the order will likely be on a 5-10 business day delay before the order is shipped. If you have any questions or concerns about your order and if it will be delayed please contact us at



By completing your purchase, customers agree that they are responsible for any duties, taxes and brokerage fees that may be applied to their shipment upon receipt of the order and that these fees are not included in the shipping charges assessed by Big Shoes. Should a customer choose to refuse payment of duties and taxes and have the shipment returned to Big Shoes, the customer will not be refunded the original shipping charges and will be charged for the return shipping charges to Big Shoes.



Orders that are returned to sender will not be refunded for any shipping costs. There may be additional charges associated with shipments that have been returned to sender. Please reach out to us if you have any questions about your shipment.
