Both can affect material integrity, shoe construction, and performance. Instead, we recommend using the Shoe Care Starter Box to clean and protect your new shoes.

Our Returns Center makes it easy to send back your items for an exchange, refund, or store credit.
- Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box and in new condition.
- Items are eligible for a refund back to the original payment method as long as the return is initiated and received back in our warehouse within 30 days.
- Items are eligible for exchange or store credit as long as the return is initiated and received back in our warehouse within 60 days.
