Fit & Care

Our “rugged oiled leather” has a special well-worn quality that only gets better with age. Scuffs, markings and color variations are normal in this type of natural leather and over time your own wear and tear will create a pair of sneakers that is unique to you. We think these nuances in the leather are what make this style so special but if your pair is a little more worn-in than you’d like, simply use your fingers to smudge out the spot. The natural oils in the leather will move around, making the marks less visible.

Origin

At the end of 1962, Richard Neutra completes the design of the Maslon House in Palm Springs, California. Inspired by the geographic surroundings of the Coachella Valley, the Maslon House was part of a distinctive design movement in the mid–20th century now called Desert Modernism.

Roomy, stylish, leisure boot

This is a comfortable boot. Looks really nice, too. Runs a little bit wide, but not uncomfortably. Just something to be aware of. I have flat feet so I replaced the stock insoles with arch-supporting orthotics.
