PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

The impact of COVID-19 continues to impact businesses in a variety of ways. The online shopping volume has risen dramatically and as a result we continue to experience a delays from our supply chain. Therefore, new product and stock replenishment continues to be slower than normal.

Our warehouse is open and we are shipping all online and phone orders daily Monday - Friday. We are here for you by phone, live chat, and email.  Our retail store is currently open and we are also offering curbside pick up.

 

POTENTIAL SHIPPING DELAYS

The increase in online shopping during the COVID-19 pandemic continues to cause increased volume for our shipping partners and you may experience delays with your delivery. Holiday delays are predicted to increase this year.

UPS and USPS have temporarily suspended their service guarantees for all shipping methods.  USPS and UPS Worldwide Economy DDU are still experiencing lengthy delays. If you select UPS Worldwide Economy DDU, this service includes a transfer to your local post office.  Transit time for this service are averaging between 10-25 days.

 

RETURNS

To help promote safety of future purchases, we have implemented a returned merchandise quarantine process.  You may experience a delay in the processing of your return.  You will be notified via email once your return has been completed.

CURBSIDE PICK UP

We all know that the COVID-19 pandemic has changed the way we shop. Don't let that get in the way of your shoe fix!  Simply order online, let us know when you arrive at the store and we can bring your order to your car.

STEPS TO A SUCCESSFUL BIG SHOES CURBSIDE PICK-UP ORDER:

  1. Visit www.bigshoes.com
  2. Select 'Curbside" as your delivery option.
  3. Pick up is available from 10am-5pm CST M-F.
  4. Place your order by 2pm for same day pick up. Subject to product availability.
  5. To pick up, give us a call at 512-391-9014 and let us know when you plan to arrive.
  6. We will have your order ready for you
  7. Call us when you arrive and we will bring your shoes out to your car. Pop your trunk or open your window - it's contact-less!

  1. Store hours of Mon - Fri 10AM-5PM and Sat 12-5PM
  2. Masks are required.
  3. Please use hand sanitizer as you enter (provided and encouraged)
  4. Only 2 parties allowed in our lounge at one time
