How long does it take for my order to ship?

What is package protection?

Our Package Protection service provides you with "peace of mind" protection for your package at an affordable price. For a handling fee, your package will be protected in the event of loss, damage, or theft. If your item is no longer available, you will be offered store credit to reorder, which will be the total value of your order minus the cost of package protection.

We understand the importance of ensuring the safety of your package, and our Package Protection service is designed to provide you with added security and convenience. Do you offer international shipping?

At Big Shoes, we strive to provide a seamless international shopping experience. We currently offer shipping to most countries, ensuring that customers from around the world can enjoy our products.

We partner with reliable shipping carriers such as FedEx and UPS to deliver your orders in a timely manner. The estimated delivery time is typically between 2 to 8 days, depending on your location. However, please be aware that our international shipping policy excludes Nike, New Balance, and Vans. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Our international return policy follows the same guidelines as domestic returns. However, please note that we are unable to provide prepaid shipping labels for international orders. We carry Narrow, Medium, Wide, and Extra Wide. These widths may have different names and you can refer to the cheat sheet below to understand our widths.

Medium/Standard = D or M

Wide = 2E or W

Extra Wide = 4E or 6E

My size is out of stock, What now?

Please reach out to help@bigshoes.com with the SKU and size you are requesting. If the item is restocked you will be notifed. Please note that not all styles or colors will be returning.

Do all of your shoes fit the same?

Unfortunately, no. Here at BigShoes, we do not make or manufacture any of the items seen on our website. We carry over 50 different brands of shoes, and within each brand, there will be variation in how your shoe fits. You can refer to our Fit & Care section listed in your product description for a customer-reported review of how the item may fit.

What size am I?

Oiled leather...

Oiled leather has a special well-worn quality that only gets better with age. Scuffs, markings and color variations are normal in this type of natural leather and over time your own wear and tear will create a pair of shoes that is unique to you. We think these nuances in the leather are what make this style so special but if your pair is a little more worn-in than you’d like, simply use your fingers to smudge out the spot. The natural oils in the leather will move around, making the marks less visible.
