Orders received by 3pm CST will be shipped the same day from our facilities in Austin, TX. If your item is not available for same day shipment you will be notified via email. Expedited shipping is available for in-stock items. If you require shipping via USPS please indicate in the comments section of your order (additional charges may apply).

International Orders
Big Shoes accepts orders from most countries. International orders are primarily shipped via UPS Worldwide Saver which is typically a 2-3 day service. However, some countries (depending on location) are shipped via USPS Global Express Mail (a 5-10 day service). If you have a preference for which carrier we use, please specify this in the comments section of your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request. The shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process.

By completing your purchase, customers agree that they are responsible for any duties, taxes and brokerage fees that may be applied to their shipment upon receipt of the order and that these fees are not included in the shipping charges assessed by Big Shoes. Should a customer choose to refuse payment of duties and taxes and have the shipment returned to Big Shoes, the customer will not be refunded the original shipping charges and will be charged for the return shipping charges to Big Shoes.
General Delivery Information
- Our delivery times vary depending on which brand you ordered and if we ship direct from our inventory or drop ship.
- In-stock orders usually ship within 24 hours. Most in-stock items should arrive on your doorstep 2-5 business days after receipt of your order.
- If the item you ordered is out of stock, your order may be drop shipped from the manufacturer. We will notify you within one business day if your item is no longer available.
NOTE: We strive to provide our customers with the best possible shipping rates and shipping alternatives. However, special circumstances may require that we use carriers other that UPS or USPS and rates may change without notice.

Returns & Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return an item within 30 days of receipt for a refund on the purchase price or an exchange.
- Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box and in new condition.
- Shoes that have been worn outside or have visible wear in the footbed are not considered to be in new condition and will be returned to the customer at his or her cost.
- Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
- Shoes returned after 30 days of receipt will be given store credit based on the current price of the shoe returned.
- Original delivery and handling charges are nonrefundable, except in the case of manufacturer�s defect or freight damage.
- If you took advantage of a Free Shipping promotion when placing your order, the original shipping savings associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return was due to our error.
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of manufacturer's defects or a shipping error on our part. In the case of a defect for orders shipped outside of the USA, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
- BigShoes.com coupon codes can only be applied toward merchandise. They cannot be applied against Gift Certificates, shipping, packaging, taxes, or be redeemed for cash. Only one BigShoes.com coupon code can be used per order.
- Use a separate shipping box to return your shoes. A 25% restocking fee will be charged for shoe boxes with shipping tape, address labels, or postage attached.

- For a quick exchange, order the replacement item online and complete the return form for credit on your original order.
