Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

All online transactions at the Big Shoes web site are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to us.

Is it safe to use my debit card online?

Yes. And please note: If you choose to pay by debit card, the amount you charge will be put on "hold", meaning it will not be available to you once you place your order. Once your transaction is processed, the amount of the transaction will be withdrawn from your account and the original "hold" will be voided.

I want to return or exchange my shoes!

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return or exchange.

Can I expedite my shipping?

Expedited orders placed before 4 PM CST on a business day will be shipped out the same day. All other orders will be shipped out the next business day.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?

We ship to many countries, please check the country list during the check out process for the most current information. You will be contacted if the shipping charge differs from the cost quoted during the check out. Customers are responsible for any duties and taxes that may be applied to their shipment. We recommend you call your Customs Services Department or contact UPS (used for Canadian shipments) directly to determine the fees that may be applied.

Do you have a catalog?

Currently, we have a 'virtual' catalog, we do not have a physical catalog. You may sign up for our mailing list to receive special offers and product announcemts.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax will be added to orders being sent to Texas.

What is your privacy policy?

We do not sell personal information to anyone. The only time we will use your personal information or email address is to send you notices regarding special offers on items from our website. You will have the option to request not to receive this information.
